How to report a defect

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@versaloro.com with your order number and, where possible, photos. For verified damaged, defective or incorrect items we cover the return costs. See also our Refund/Return Policy.

Customers outside the European Union (Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway) have statutory warranty rights under the applicable law; these remain unaffected.
