Shopping & Orders
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional and lets you view your order history, save your details, and check out faster next time.

- Go to checkout
- Enter your shipping details (available destinations are shown at checkout)
- Select a shipping option and payment method shown at checkout
- Confirm and place your order
You’ll receive an order confirmation email after checkout.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to update or cancel it. Once processing has started or the order has shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
We send all updates by email. You will receive:
- an order confirmation after purchase, and
- a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.

Pricing & Payment
Our prices are set based on factors such as brand, retail market pricing, availability, and our sourcing and operational costs. The product price is shown on the product page; any shipping costs (and, where applicable, taxes/fees shown by the checkout) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown for your selected country or region. Depending on the selected market, this may include CHF, EUR, or GBP. If you pay using a card or account in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply a conversion rate and additional fees.
Payment is processed at checkout when you place your order. Depending on the payment method, you may first see an authorization and then the final charge, but you will not be charged without confirming your purchase.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Available options can vary depending on your location and device, and will be displayed before you complete your order.

Yes. We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell. Versa Loro is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with the brands listed on our website. Our products are sourced from established European retail and distribution partners. If you have any questions about a specific item, contact us at info@versaloro.com.
Versa Loro sells only new, unused items. We do not offer pre-owned or second-hand products. All items are delivered in new, unused condition as provided by our trusted partners.
Yes. Availability can change at any time due to demand and supplier stock updates. If an item is available at the time you place your order, you can complete checkout. In rare cases, availability may change after an order is placed; if that happens, we will contact you promptly by email with the next steps.
We aim to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. Please note that color and appearance can vary slightly depending on lighting, screen settings, and device. If you need additional details before purchasing, contact us at info@versaloro.com.
Shipping & Returns
We currently ship only to selected European countries. The available destinations are shown at checkout. If your country is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship there.
Free shipping applies to orders over EUR, GBP, CHF 200 (or the equivalent shown at checkout). For destinations outside the EU customs territory (including the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland), import duties and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking after a reasonable processing period, please contact info@versaloro.com.
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing info@versaloro.com Returns must be approved before you send anything back. If approved, you will receive return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A return label can be downloaded and printed. No return handling or restocking fees apply. Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Exchanges are not accepted.”
