Returns at a glance
• Return window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Product condition: Only new/unused, unworn, unwashed items with tags and original packaging are eligible.
• Return method: Returns are sent by post/shipping.
• Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If you request a return label, the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

General information
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your return request must be submitted within this 30-day window.
What this means: The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, the item must be shipped back promptly in accordance with the instructions provided.
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights. Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, those statutory rights remain unaffected.
Return request and authorization process
To request a return, please contact us at versaloroinfo@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We may ask for additional information (e.g., photos) to assess the request.
Once your return request is authorized, we will send return instructions. Please wait for our return instructions before shipping. Returns sent without prior authorization/instructions may not be accepted.
Return label and return shipping
Return shipping is free. After your return request is authorized, we will provide a prepaid return label and return instructions. If you choose to return the item using your own shipping method, you may do so at your own expense. For high-value items, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service.
We will email you the prepaid return label and instructions after authorization.
Return conditions
All items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all protective materials intact and all Versa Loro and designer tags attached. Original packaging, accessories, and included items must be returned (for example: dust bags, authenticity cards, straps, inserts, boxes, or protective covers, where applicable).
If an item is returned in a different condition, shows signs of wear, has been altered, or is incomplete, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a reduced refund.
Category-specific care (recommended)
Bags and accessories must be returned with all included packaging and accessories. Please handle light-colored items with care, as darker materials may transfer color.
Shoes should be tried on carefully and returned in pristine condition with all original packaging.
Jewelry must be returned unworn with all original packaging and included items.
Non-returnable items
Items marked as Final Sale or otherwise clearly designated as non-returnable are not eligible for return. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories may be excluded from returns where applicable.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at versaloroinfo@gmail.com.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos where possible.
Where appropriate, return costs and fees may be waived for verified issues, and we will work with you to find the most suitable resolution.
Refunds
Once your return is received, it will be inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs (including any return label cost, if you use our label) are the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded, except where the item is defective, incorrect, or not as described.
Refund timing
Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your payment provider and bank.
Cancellations (before shipment)
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at versaloroinfo@gmail.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
