Shipping policy

Shipping information

Versa Loro is based in Basel, Switzerland. Depending on product availability and destination, orders may ship from different European warehouse locations.

Shipping destinations: We currently ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
If your country is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship there.

Orders placed with Versa Loro can be delivered Monday to Saturday, depending on the shipping service selected and the carrier operating in your region. Shipping costs vary based on the service chosen as well as the origin and destination of the items in your order. All applicable shipping options and prices available for your destination are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

For security reasons and to help ensure successful delivery, shipments may require a signature upon receipt. Where signature delivery is required, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or certain military addresses (such as APO/FPO), as these locations may not support signature delivery.

Delivery information

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched. Actual delivery may vary depending on destination, carrier handling, peak seasonal volumes, and (where applicable) customs clearance.

Standard shipping: typically delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Total estimated delivery time: 6–13 business days (including order processing).

If additional delivery options are available for your destination (for example, expedited services), they will be shown at checkout together with the estimated timeframe.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the relevant dispatch details.

Tracking your order

For tracked shipments, you will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch, depending on the carrier. If you created an account at checkout, you can also view your order status and tracking information in your account.

Free shipping

Free shipping is available for orders over CHF 200 (or the equivalent amount shown at checkout in your local currency). Availability depends on the destination and shipping method shown at checkout.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it at versaloroinfo@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate the request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Please note: a 5% cancellation fee applies to cover non-refundable payment processing and handling costs. We will confirm the cancellation by email once it has been processed.

Duties and taxes

Customs & import charges:
For deliveries outside the EU customs territory (including the United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland), import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Orders shipped to destinations outside the EU customs territory may be subject to customs duties, local taxes (including VAT where applicable), and import-related fees imposed by the destination country. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the item price or shipping fee and must be paid by the customer directly to the carrier or local authorities upon delivery.

Customs policies vary significantly by country, and customs clearance may cause delays that are outside of our control. Versa Loro is not responsible for any additional charges required by customs authorities in the destination country.


Undeliverable packages and incorrect addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment number, floor, and any required local delivery information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

Delivery delays

We make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframes. However, delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs inspections, extreme weather, carrier disruptions, logistical bottlenecks, or peak seasonal volumes. Versa Loro cannot be held liable for delays caused by external factors.
