How does a return work?
To request a return, please send an email to versaloroinfo@gmail.com. After receiving your request, we will provide a return shipping label via email. The item must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund for the purchase amount.

What are the shipping costs, and who pays customs duties?
Shipping within Europe is free. For orders outside Europe, shipping fees will be displayed at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the recipient. The exact costs vary by country and can be checked with the local customs office.
How can I track my package?
You can track your package as soon as the tracking number is available. After payment confirmation, you will receive a follow-up email containing your tracking number.
